Spike Lips! Lips of Spike!

A fun, smutty novella set post-Something Blue in which Buffy and Spike snark, fight, shag, get on each other's nerves, and fall for one another despite their best efforts. Worth reading just for the disclaimers - the one about the author and Joss in the hot tub had me rolling on the floor. The rest of the Scoobies get fun stuff too. Xander and Anya's sex game is hysterical, as well as Anya's reaction to news of cosmetic testing on bunnies, and the fighting-bordering-on-flirting between Spike and Xander is great. Giles's reaction to finding Buffy with a tied-up Spike and Xander had me giggling for ages. Love the author's name, too.

Superstar Revamped

Novel. This takes the AU created in Superstar (Bettyverse?) and runs with it. With nobody else believing her, Buffy reluctantly enlists Spike to help her find out what Jonathan is up to.

The Wacky Adventures of Spike and Buffybot

So what if Warren had made a robot based on a girl he knew rather than April? Around the time of Where the Wild Things Are, Warren's Buffybot escapes - and naturally she runs into Spike. Lots of mistaken identity jokes ensue. This is beyond hilarious; if anything, it's better than the Bot's onscreen hijinks in Intervention (I suspect MM may be an alias for Jane Espenson). Buffybot's just wonderful here, from her violent distaste for Riley to her quoting of Monty Python and roleplaying as Scully to Spike's Mulder… and her sex-filled responses to Buffy's psychology exam had me rolling on the floor. Oh, and I won't spoil it but she gives Xander the best present ever. And there are more comedy disclaimers to enjoy as Mr. Monkeybottoms continues her Joss-stalking.

Wet and Wild

Because sometimes you're in the mood for season four Spuffy, dammit. Novel length adventure that sees Hostile 17 recaptured by The Intiative, right after he and Buffy kiss for the first time. One of the first Buffy fanfics I ever read and I still love it.
