Alternating between just before Something Blue and just after Wrecked this gives us a look at two conversations between two (former) geeks, both of them hurting over their relationships and empathizing over their lack of power. I'll definitely be checking out the sequels to this.

Scary Scooby

Character Study; post-As You Were
Spike/Willow, but pretty much pre-ship as Spike thinks about his relationship with Buffy before Older and Far Away and then after As You Were. I adored Spike in this, hurt and conflicted and not wanting to be in love with Buffy; and in a season when I found her unlikeable a lot of the time, this got me to love Willow again. Clem gets some good lines, and the dialogue for Spike and Willow is completely believable. I love the line 'For a small, pathetic moment, he's convinced that she's in love with him, and that's the reason.'
